Have completed their doctorate and Ph.D. programs not less than 10 years ago and are affiliated with a university or non-university research institute in one of the targeted countries.If a candidate accepts his / her candidacy, this affiliation must be retained upon receipt of the JESH funding.Only one application can be submitted per person.
