All fees for each semester must be paid by the end of that semester. Certificates, degrees, transcripts, and further registration activities are withheld until all financial obligations are fully paid. Residents of Ohio pay an annual total price of $11,589 to attend Cincinnati State Technical and Community College on a full-time basis. This fee is comprised of $3,567 for tuition, $1,764 for books and supplies and $258 for other fees.
