About Honor Society Leadership
The Honor Society leadership encompasses a diverse set of experienced leaders from the academic and educational world. We are here to serve our members, but we are also here to learn from you. Several profiles of the winners from 2016 will appear in upcoming issues of Leadership for Student Activities magazine. Students are selected for the scholarships based on shown outstanding scholarship, leadership, service, and character, and are required to write a narrative in response to a selected question. The National Honor Society Scholarship Fund has been established to support and grow the prestigious National Honor Society (NHS) scholarship program. For almost 100 years, NHS members have been making a difference in their schools and communities through their scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

NHS is the oldest and best-known student recognition program. For almost 100 years, NHS members have been making a difference in their schools and communities through their scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Students include celebrities from all walks of life, including arts and sciences, government, education, medicine, the military, politics, and athletics. To recognize the most prominent members of the NHS, the organization has awarded its respected NHS Scholarship to hundreds of students each year, helping to make their higher education aspirations more affordable. Here are some of the available NHS Scholarship opportunities.
Honor Society Core Values Scholarship
The Fundamental Value Scholarship of the Honor Society seeks to reward a member who is a shining example of the fundamental values of our society. A member can exemplify one or all of the core values, as long as they describe how they feel they fit the core value of their choice, they are eligible candidates for this scholarship.
Honor Society Undergraduate Achiever Scholarship
This scholarship seeks to reward an ambitious undergraduate student who has performed at a superior rate both academically and holistically.
Honor Society Graduate Student Achiever Scholarship
This scholarship seeks to reward an ambitious graduate student who has performed at a superior rate both academically and holistically.
Honor Society Member Spotlight Scholarship
This scholarship rewards members of the Honor Society who create a featured video for members. Members who submit a featured video of Honor Society members are eligible to receive a $ 2,000 scholarship. Featured members’ videos show members of the Honor Society, their personalities and achievements. Read the requirements section below for more information. Each affiliated National Honor Society chapter may nominate two seniors to compete for the national awards. These two seniors should be presented with certificates of merit.

Eligible Nationality
Only member schools with active National Honor Society chapter affiliation may participate in the scholarship program. The Scholarship is taken in the USA. Winners will be contacted in May.
